General provisions

This policy applies to information received about website visitors and people who submit a form, book a call or contact the Controller in another way.

Data processed

Depending on how you contact us, the following data may be processed:

• name;
• company or project name, if provided;
• the challenge description and other information voluntarily included in a message;
• email, Telegram, telephone number or another contact detail;
• information provided when booking through Google Calendar;
• technical and analytics data, including cookies, IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and actions on the site, collected through Yandex Metrica only after analytics consent.

Purposes of processing

Data is used to respond to enquiries, arrange a consultation or call, prepare and provide requested services, protect forms from abuse, and analyse and improve the website.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the user’s consent, steps taken at the user’s request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract where one exists, and applicable legal requirements. By submitting a form or otherwise providing data, the user confirms that they have read this policy and consent to the processing described here.

Services and data transfers

The website uses technology providers that may process data to the extent required for their functions:

• Yandex Cloud — website delivery and form processing through Object Storage, CDN, Cloud Functions and Postbox;
• Google Calendar — call booking;
• email services — receipt of and replies to enquiries;
• Yandex Metrica — website visit and interaction analytics, loaded only after consent.

Form submissions are sent through Yandex Cloud to the Controller’s email and are not stored in a separate website database. Cloudflare is used only to manage the domain’s DNS records. The Controller does not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own marketing.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained no longer than required by the processing purposes, contractual relationship or mandatory legal periods. When the purpose is achieved, consent is withdrawn or the legal basis no longer applies, data is deleted or anonymised within the period required by law.

Security and policy changes

The Controller applies reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. This policy may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
