What I did:

What I did:

Sunny Cafe introduced Surf Coffee’s signature drinks,

Surf Coffee offered Sunny Cafe’s desserts.

• Produced visual materials: menu cards, window displays, counter signage with clear origin labels.

• Supervised video production and Instagram promo content.

• Managed cross-promotion via Instagram stories and brand interaction.


Result: the collaboration sparked organic engagement, resonated well with the Instagram audience, and brought new guest interactions to both spots — with zero ad spend, thanks to thoughtful packaging and contextual relevance.

Strategy and rebranding for a restaurant group

Goal: develop a structured marketing strategy for a group of five restaurants with different concepts and target audiences.


What I did:

• Audited current communication and sales points.

• Segmented the restaurants by customer type and behavioral patterns.

• Defined positioning, messaging frameworks, and content directions.

• Proposed marketing team structure and task distribution.


Result: the strategy was completed but not implemented.
